Tried to plug the usb cable to another 2.0 header, still nothing. If it's worth mentioning, after I uninstalled everything under Bluetooth in device manager and reinstalling the BT drivers, Bluetooth does not show up in device manager anymore even when I show hidden devices.

Tried to install previous version of bluetooth drivers. Tried to uninstall everything under Bluetooth.
